All our software is “try & buy”, allowing you to use it with no limitations before purchase for 30 days. To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines. Your request for a return must be made within 30 days of the date CADglobal made the software available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”) and CADglobal must receive your fully completed and signed Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software. It may take 7 – 14 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account. If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
Buyer acknowledges that CADglobal is a reseller of software. All warranties are covered by the manufacturers themselves. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
These Terms and Conditions and our relationship and/or any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your consent and submission to the jurisdiction of the Croatian courts regarding all proceedings, transactions, applications or the like instituted by either party against the other, arising from any of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and CADglobal, you hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Croatia.
